At the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science

I am happy to announce that I have been accepted as a researcher at the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science! In a nutshell, this means that I am now allowed to travel to beautiful ‘s-Hertogenbosch twice a week, to do what I love best: investigating the application of new technologies and cool quantitative tools to social and (mental) health-related issues. As a member of Maurits Kaptein’s new Computational Personalisation Lab*. In a magnificent building to boot – the former Mariënburg convent! I expect to be posting a lot on all of the interesting new problems I’ll be be able to work on, both at the JADS, and on my other projects. So stay tuned!

* Currently consisting of Maurits, me, and the following group of talented PhD students: Bas Willemse, Jules Kruijswijk, Xynthia Kavelaars and Ylva Hendriks.
